All international orders ship via UPS International Expedited.
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after payment is processed.
Estimated Delivery Once Shipped

- UK: 4–8 business days
- Australia: 6–12 business days
- Other regions: 6–14 business days

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date for international orders. Transit times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or local service disruptions.
Tracking updates may temporarily pause while shipments are undergoing customs clearance.
Customs, Duties & VAT
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- VAT (Value Added Tax)
- Brokerage or customs clearance fees
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in the shipping rate paid at checkout.
UPS may contact the recipient directly if duties or taxes are owed prior to delivery.
Customers are fully responsible for any customs-related charges.
Customs & Import Responsibility
While UPS International Expedited is a priority service, customs clearance is outside of our control. Delays may occur due to inspections or country-specific import regulations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products comply with local import laws before placing an order.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, VAT, or import restrictions:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any return shipping fees or carrier charges may be deducted from a refund, if applicable
